Reviews and Ratings
Upon check-in, we were informed about the short-staffing situation, but despite that, the room was very clean and comfy. However, there seemed to be a lackluster cleaning approach as I noticed some dust. The room had an offensive odor of curry and other spices which was quite unpleasant.
The hotel's location is excellent for visiting San Francisco and is close to Alameda County Fairgrounds. The service is top-notch with nice perks like laundry facilities and warm cookies in the evening. However, some issues like early morning sketchiness and a strange placement of the smoke detector were present. The dining experience could use improvement with missing items like fruit salad and oatmeal, but overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were nice, but there were some issues with noise and unexpected visitors. On the upside, the hotel offered a full kitchen, free laundry, and a cozy gas firepit outside, along with a delicious hot breakfast and ample parking. The location was convenient, close to the interstate and with plenty of nearby amenities, but there were some sketchy moments in the early mornings. Despite the ups and downs, I would likely stay here again.
